Payment Options

Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, credit card, and HSA cards. I am in-network for BCBS of MA. Many health insurance plans, especially PPO plans, will reimburse you for payments to me as an “out of network” provider.  It is important to note that insurance plans are unlikely to cover the entire evaluation fee, as they only cover what they deem medically necessary. I encourage you to contact your health insurance company to learn more about your eligibility, requirements and limits for reimbursement. I will be happy to provide you with a detailed receipt to assist with the process of submitting claims and requesting reimbursement from your insurance company.

Payments for evaluations are due in two installments; the first payment is due at the initial interview session and the second is due at the last testing session. Payments for  consultation sessions are due at the time of service.
